折痕是交易卡片的一种物理变形。它表现为压印在卡纸上的任何可见的线性标记、弯曲或折叠。这不是表面划痕;而是对卡片完整性的结构性损害。在评级术语中,折痕被视为重大的瑕疵,属于“磨损 (Wear)”或“损伤 (Distress)”类别。主流的等同概念是结构性损坏。折痕表明卡片曾受到超出其预定平坦状态的压力或弯曲力。

对价格的影响

折痕会导致立即且显著的贬值。严重程度决定了损失的幅度。一个轻微的、细如发丝的折痕,可能使卡片的价值比完美品降低 15-25%。一个贯穿卡片正面的大而深的折痕,可能导致价值暴跌 50% 以上。对于高价值的、已获得评级的卡片(如 PSA 9/10 或 BGS 9.5/10),即使只有一个可见的折痕,也会立即导致其降级到较低的、未评级的卡套或“Poor”等级,这通常会抹去 70-90% 的潜在溢价。对于一张价值 5 美元散卡(loose)的普通卡,一个明显的折痕可能会使其售价降至 2 美元或更低。
