意味するもの

スクリーンバーン、またはイメージリテンション(残像)とは、ディスプレイパネルに焼き付いた永続的なゴーストや変色のことです。これはビデオゲーム自体のソフトウェアバグではありません。コンソールや専用モニターに使用される古いPlasmaやOLEDディスプレイ技術に見られる、画面ハードウェアの物理的な劣化です。永続的なHeads-Up Displays (HUDs)、コンソールロゴ、またはヘルスバーなどの静的要素が、それらの特定の領域のピクセルに残留電荷や色情報を保持させてしまうため発生します。コレクターにとって、これはゲームの状態の問題ではなく、ハードウェアの欠陥です。

価格への影響
