For the cheapest way to own it, buy the Standard version for $7. The Standard version at $15 offers slightly more perceived value, though both are essentially the same card. If you only want the card, stick to the $7 Standard. Paying the premium for the $15 Standard is only worthwhile if you value a slightly better listing or condition, otherwise, save your money.
